Pay if I leave before the end of year?

A TA currently on a a wage that pays me the same every mouth .Just wondering if I move to another school job in a different job .what happens during the summer holidays?

What does your contract say?

Another job in the same school?

If you're moving at the end of the academic year, you'd get your new pay from September.

If the new job involves working holidays, you'll normally still get paid the same each month? Or is it a term time only role?

Haven't found a role yet but want to start looking. I have to give 4 wks notice.
It's weird as we get paid our wages over the yr but only work 45.4 wks of year. So if I go early I think I might be due the extra u put aside but that could be wishful thinking 🤔
