Has anyone used the TES site to apply for jobs recently? I’ve always used LA application forms but this job was posted only on TES (not an LA role). I’ve submitted the application but really disappointed to see the layout now I’ve downloaded it. I don’t think it was available to download before submitting. Anyway, it looks awful, with poor formatting so where I’d started a new line it hasn’t, meaning points (I should have bulleted) just run into one another. I’d never submit an application that looked so poor.
So disappointed. These things take such a long
time and so much effort.
