I see salaries are rising. Can anyone tell me what the hourly rate now equates to? My current is £10.79

The recently agreed NJC pay award is for an additional £1 per hour for all pay bands.

So, if your school follows NJC terms and conditions (that's most local authority schools and some academies) your hourly pay will rise by £1.
