I will be striking if it comes to it but I still can't see it making much of a difference other than increasing public hatred of us.

Its a shame such a large number people are against the strike - you have to wonder - how far can they cut education before people stand' .. its part of the reason the system is so messed up - teachers 'take it all ' 'jump all the hoops' and a lot of it is detrimental to the students..
