Does anyone work in a special school with complex medical, physical and sensory needs?

I work with in a nursery and have worked in a school with children with autism, I loved it but was getting hurt alot as very physical. I am looking for another rewarding job, I had a visit to a special school and the children seemed lovely. However the role involves lots of manual handling, peg feeding and trachea care which scares me if I am honest 😬. Obviously they provide training and there are nurses on site to support. What are peoples experiences? It is really hard work, challenging? I just don't want to feel overwhelmed.
