ClassCharts help with photos - anyone?

Hi all, do any of you use ClassCharts? I've just started at a new school which has introduced this system for registers, behaviour management etc (so colleagues cannot help me as they are also inexpert). I am really struggling to learn the names of my students without being able to print out class photos. There must be a way of doing this but for the life of me I can't work out how. Any tips before I contact ClassCharts? (which probably won't help as their FAQ doesn't...)

On ClassCharts you should have all your classes set up. If you click on start, if they are in a seating plan then you can click the print icon in the top right hand corner, there is a tick box which says show student photos - you can print out the seating plan with photos on it. The photos come out quite small but you can see them.

ClassCharts is a bit of a funny system as it does vary between schools because schools can personalise it in a lot of ways. But if you need any more help with it then do PM me!

I have seating plans for all of my students.
Your school data people should have imported all students and their info including pics into class charts. Makes learning names to much easier

Thanks both -- of course I can see/make the seating plans and can print those. I was hoping it was possible to run a report of the full size photos in alphabetical order (easy enough to do on Schoolbase or SIMS). Noy only are the seating plan photos tiny but the circular crop and I suspect, us taking the photos poorly in the first place (this school does them itself instead of using a professional photographer) means some of the smaller kids are lacking the bottom half of their face!

I'm pretty sure this function doesn't exist after getting a message back from ClassCharts (they do seem good at responding).

That’s a shame!! I agree the seating plan photos are nowhere near big enough. I hope you find a better way!

Better than bloody arbor which we have moved to to save money ( sacked off sims and classcharts)
