How are the new starts treating you all

Just wanted to ask how everyone’s first couple of days have been?

especially any new starters (like me) how are you finding the move or new schools?

I'm so tired - my eyelids hurt!

It's my third year teaching so should be used to it!

I'm really enjoying my new school so far. I'm HoD of a core subject and covered the role for a while in my previous school. It was unbelievably stressful and I felt like all I did was fight fires all day every day.

Now I seem to be able to actually focus on curriculum leadership properly!
