SLT (3 staff) arriving late for meetings/no show

When a meeting is planned and confirmed but nobody shows up - how long is reasonable to wait? For example a meeting is scheduled to start at 4:00pm. Twenty minutes later no sign of anyone. Is it reasonable to leave after 10 minutes?

What you mean at 4.30? I'd say yes if no way of getting hold of anyone and no message.

i think it depends on the nature of the meeting. If it’s a big meeting (therefore expensive) I would endeavour to start the meeting with those points that can easily be covered so that there is less to discuss when the organiser arrives.
If it’s a smaller meeting, it may be best reschedule.

If they have to unexpectedly deal with an urgent issue, then it's understandable that they will be late.

If they've forgotten, I'd wait 15 mins they go

I said if it was a large meeting that the 3 members of SLT hadn’t arrived at, make a start.

If it just the OP and 3 members of SLT it needs to be rescheduled.

If no one turns up then 10 minutes is more than reasonable. I'd probably check my emails just in case, and then leave.
