AQA post exams service rubbish - anyone else?

I am a HoD and so pissed off with bloody AQA - just wondered if anyone else has the same issues. On the old site (which they had to update during COVID as there wasn't enough shit to get our heads around that year as it was...) it used to be really easy to go and see the marks per question and other useful stuff that can be used to inform planning for the following year.

This year I still haven't been able to access this information since last Thursday - not been able to get on it once. At first I thought the site was down, then I emailed by exams officer on Friday but she was off until today. I've tried every day since and nothing. Rang them and they told me to contact my exams officer, which I've done today as she's obviously in today. She has done something so it i showing a different message from the one I was getting before and it now tells me I don't have permission but she has tried to give me access! She says she has just rung them and she is 77th in the queue and there is a message to contact her exams officer!

I need to be doing the results analysis before I go back to school - there's no time after and I need to present findings on the first day back. And I just want to see what the kids did well/not so well on because that was what I did last year and I want to see how it went.

What the fuck is wrong with them - what do we actually pay them for?

Is it just me or is everyone else's working fine?

Oh, and to continue the rant, even if no one cares (😀) I need this info to help decide whether or not we need remarks. In 2019 we were going through an appeal which fell apart due to the shitty quality of their English marking. Now they seem to be withholding the information we need that sheds light on this 😡.

Are you using centre services? E-aqa no longer exists so everything that would be on there is now in centre services

Yes, I'm on centre services. The old site seemed fine to me and I was set up with all the correct permissions on it. I don't know why they had to change it. The rest of it is shit too - access to past papers etc all far less easy to use than before! It's just so frustrating not being able to see the specifics of what the students actually did on the day.

We're not with AQA for A level - it irks me how many clicks there are to find anything on the OCR secure site though

Oh no - we've just swapped to OCR for A Level! I knew it would be a case of the grass is always greener...😊.

Centre services is being shit, having exactly the same problems as you OP, my poor exams officer is sick of hearing from me. We do have marks for each paper for the kids though so have already discussed remarks with suitable students

I think pretty much everyone is fuming with Centre Services this year. It's been appalling, as have AQA.

I actually tweeted them today I got so frustrated - and they took my details and tried to help, but it still didn't work!

I'm dreading tomorrow - results bound to be shit (my school is a nightmare.) Head - 'Why?' Me - 'I don't know, I can't see the details.' 😪

Check out their Twitter. It is a huge scandal. We actually won't get access to some of the data until 5th September.
Their default advice is get your exams officer to check your permissions but they've messed up his access too so it's going to be a great first results day. Going to talk to my department about possibility of changing.

Logged in earlier to find that I can't access results as I don't have the correct permissions.

Something that I have always had even as a class teacher.

CBA to chase the exams officer and also don't want them to have to do even more work.

Our exams officer also can't access them! But we have results so it's fine.

I‘m exams officer and have been unable to access the right areas on centre services. Results day was really fun! I keep getting the error message to speak to the exams officer. I’ve had several words with myself (and AQA) and still nothing.
