Job interview at college tomorrow

Hey everyone,

Can anyone tell me what to expect from a job interview at a college tomorrow? In a non teaching role

Do they just do one interview or do they turn into second / third interviews?

The interview itself is with a HR person and not a person who works in the department itself - how do they measure whether I can do the job or not?

My application form was bang on and I matched my experience with each of their job description tasks / person specification.

They also do referencing before inviting you to an interview.

I just really want the role as I've just been made redundant but I've never worked in a college before. It is my dream role.

Not sure if useful but the college employs 2000 people across 2 campuses - so quite big (I think!)

Thanks :)

They should have told you when inviting you if it was a first interview? Unlikely though I think.
