Never thought I'd even get an interview but I have. I'm confident about the teaching obs and the interview but I need to do a 10 minute presentation on My Vision for my new department.

Has any HoD's got a few suggestions please!

Break it into sections based on the 3 I's and consider how the first 2 influence the 3rd

Thank you. I've been asked to explain how to achieve an effective languages Dept and what would a) short term goala b)medium term goals and c)long term goals be.

Maybe this isn't for me. I'm floundering!!! 😣
