I’ve just got an interview for a Head of Department which is the same TLR as I have now however the new job would be a Head of Department and my role currently is Deputy Head but in a bigger school. If I am lucky enough to get the job, what are your thoughts on negotiating from UPS1 to UPS2? Happy to hear thoughts!
