Struggling to word examples in my application

Hopefully this question is okay! Im struggling slightly to word my examples for applications. I can’r understand why, but I think it’s because my brains tired and needs a rest and I haven’t had much between marking and applying for jobs.

For some reason I can’t think of day to day examples to include in my application that I can flesh out. I have the example of differentiation for my lower ability set when teaching them poetry and how I’ve supported them to raise their attainment.

But I’m just struggling to think of other examples. I created a scheme of work for one year group but I have no idea how to make the sound interesting in an application?

Could anyone help either with some examples or how I can really add detail, nor looking for anyone to do it for me just some guidance please!

Considering every teacher does this all the time, just write what you do in a usual lesson. Start writing with 'When planning a sequence of lessons, I consider... '

When you've written that in normal voice, go back through and formalise it.

Why did you create the scheme? Does it particularly help one group, or is it designed such to support all? Focus on why you do things and explain what it is and why you do it in your application.

I go through each aspect of the person spec and explain, with reasons, how I meet that criterion. Rinse and repeat with each one. Some are short, some long (I ignore ones obvious from my application, such as "QTS required").

I think you're thinking about it too much!

In your ECF paperwork, there should be comments on things you've done well that you can reword.

I think the rejections have just got to me and I’m always trying to make things too perfect. Thanks for your help!
