I have only worked in this role for 5 years but bloody hell this is the worst.
Every day/week half term I hear myself saying what a tough time it is but I am struggling to remember the good days.
I do love my job, I don't want to leave but......
The pay is shite
The stress is too much
The sign posting to agencies is pointless
Oh to have the luxury of saying 'you don't make criteria' or ' sorry the wait list is closed'
I am not sure I can say all the things I would like to here but it would be good to have some company along the way.
