My head informed the parents in my colleague's class that she was pregnant. And said some other awful things about that. What are her rights?

Has she contacted her union?

What type of awful things?

Her rights?

The same as any other human being surely?

Being a teacher or headteacher has no bearing on it.

Some people are just nasty bastards and will always make nasty comments.

I’m not sure about rights but I would think she could make a complaint about the head to the governors is she wanted to take it further. Not sure what you mean by rights exactly.
