Maternity leave... "returning" in the holidays

I'm thinking about my return (baby isn't even born yet!). Can I restart work the first day of the Xmas holidays or do you have to work a certain amount of term time before?

Yes you can put the first day of the holidays. 👍

Started ml first day in September, ended it last day in July.

No problem starting the first day of the hols but before Christmas can be an easy time to go back - perhaps consider working one or two extra days before term finishes if it's just a case of sticking on a film!
