New teaching job in Scotland - when will I be paid?

Could anyone tell me when I will receive my salary? After many years abroad, I am starting a new job in Scotland on the 16th August and would like to know when I will be paid. Can anyone help? Many thanks!

You'll get a half pay at the end of August (each council's actual day varies slightly) and a full pay at the end of September.
