I am looking for help from teaching staff please.
Just to give you a bit of background, I am a working mum with 2 gorgeous children with SEN. I find great comfort and purpose in working in schools and supporting children and their families for better outcomes. I am currently working as an assistant SENDCo and begin training as an Educational Psychologist in September.
I am really passionate about my work and have undertaken a Masters in organisational psychology to support my career in terms of making positive changes within systems in schools so that all children can have a better school experience and fulfil their potential.
