A job has come up at my local school for a TA position. I've got qualifications & experience but not been working solidly for a few years. Any buzz word things I should add to my application to make it stand out in the hope to secure an interview.

Good luck! I am currently looking at applying for NQT roles and I seem to write scaffolding, cultural capital, and knowledge-rich curriculum every few sentences, if that's any help. Oh and oracy.

Thank you, I'll try and add those in. I've still got a week before the deadline to get myself together.
