Survey for Primary School teachers

I'm currently studying an access course at college and I have a place at Uni for September on a Primary Education course. For my access course I need to do an Extended Independent Academic Study (EIAS) which is a bit like a dissertation. I'm studying how coming from a poorer/disadvantaged background can affect a pupils ability to learn, with emphasis on things like having breakfast and having the correct clothing and equipment. I would be really grateful if any former or current teachers or TAs who have taught at primary level could fill it out, it only takes about 2-3 minutes and it would help me a lot.

Without knowing how many children we have in our classes, I'm not sure how useful the information will be to you. 100% of the children in my class qualify for pupil premium but it's a very small class (because it's a specialist provision) so if I were to select '8' you would have no way of identifying that as being equal to 100%.
