We’re celebrating National Storytelling Week this year with folktales from the fabulous Alia Alzougbi who reminds us with tales as old as time that we are not stuck here forever.
Joining you live in your living room, award-winning Lebanese storyteller Alia Alzougbi will transport you to a world of hope, joy, and change with folktales from Turkey, Persia, and Japan. These tales celebrate life’s imperfections and remind us of the possibility of change.
Storyteller and host Sita Brand will be chatting with Alia about these tales, why she’s chosen them and there will be plenty of opportunities for you to ask her questions.
