Do I stay behind after online lessons as a trainee?

I haven’t yet spoken to them yet as this is my first session, so I stay behind the lesson or exit? Not sure what I should be doing

I'd email and ask- it may be that the teacher will have another live lesson straight after and not be able to stick around.
