Been asked to set my own pay - what would you do?

It is part time - 4 hours in a private setting plus 8 hours for other admin required for the role. So 12 hours a week. I would be teaching adults in a private centre in London. I am a qualified teacher with 6 years experience.
However, I do not know where to start. £30p.h or a flat salary? It is early days so I think I would keep my options open before I start asking about pensions etc.

If London I'd want more than 30 per hour.
Academy chains pay 121 tutors 28 pounds per hour up north. Check ads.

When I was a new teacher in Central London I was on just shy of 150 per day. That was pretty standard so I wouldn't go below that.

Thank you cheese . Is that for an 8 hour day?
monkey I would be teaching a group of adults so not one to one.
