I’m thinking maybe next year to retrain to teach either secondary or FE in social sciences, health and social or Early Years.
Anyone advise me what the SCITT was like? Good and bad points?
Also anyone with FE experience can you explain what it’s like, marking, planning, support and work life balance ect? I’m leaning more towards FE as they have more of a need for those subjects and I like the fact of teaching older students?
