I can't decide which path... I have an undergraduate in Criminology. I work in a special needs school and love it. I want to train as a teacher. Cant get PGCE funding as I'd applied for masters then dropped out after 3 months. Anyone share experience of 3 year education undergraduate or Teacher training salary direct route for 1 year.
2 friends 1 says 3 year better, other 1 year. I feeling a little aaarrggghhh

Should say SEND is where I want to work rather than mainstream , I've worked in both and prefer SEND

The salaried route is really for trainees with some experience already as you'd have your own classes from the start, so you might find that hard to get into.
