Just that really, has any of the senior leadership team asked if you're willing to engage in plans or how you feel about your school reopening?

I've had a few calls and emails, and I'm only a TA, I gather teachers have had more coz of planning.

My SLT are great, I've had regular hey how are you doing emails all through lockdown, head of keystage has text to check if anyone needs shopping done. I've actually had more support from SLT than my family and friends, which is either really lovely or really depressing, I cant decide which.
