If you're an hourly paid/sessional lecturer what's your college's policy

If you're a sessional/hourly paid lecturer (with a contractual obligation eg I have 3 sessions a week, term time only, til June 25th) , what's your college's policy if they close (for any reason, not just CV, although obviously that's my thoughts)

My contract says this (clause 10.5) , and no other mention of what would happen if for example I couldn't work due to college being closed long term (eg I suppose if there was a fire or....cannot think of another reason why it would be closed!)

Also, if we are to say close for 6 weeks, would they expect you to work into the summer holiday to 'finish the course' ?

I don't get any sick leave so if I actually contracted the virus I wouldn't get paid.

I'm just wondering what other colleges have in place for this situation, if anything at all.
