I’ve been working part time as a primary teacher for two years since I had DD and have felt a lot like I’m becoming de-skilled/ losing my confidence.
Today the head observed my lesson and was so positive she said she felt so lucky to have such a talented member of staff Blush
I’m over the moon!

Wow well done! It’s lovely to get that kind of feedback, and schools are pressured places - I’d feel really buoyed if it was me.
