Pastoral advice suggestions

Has anyone got any suggestions for the following situation.
I work in what many would consider a hot house academic all girls school. Whilst the school is very well supported with counsellors etc and is trying hard to address the issues concerned with such a school, the system doesn’t seem very effective.
There is low key bullying that is always raised by parents at coffee mornings or parents evening but no one will name the students. There are noticeable girls with issues such as eating disorders and self harm but no one is prepared to intervene until it’s too late.
Would an anonymous system of reporting work where students could use a drop box . The girls appear to see MH as a weakness so all they will ever say is that everything is ok when it clearly isn’t!

What about an email address that they can email concerns or problems too without their identity being revealed? We have something similar. You have to really promote it but they do use it

Can they self-refer to a counsellor without anyone else knowing? Are staff trained in mental health awareness? Are the girls trained in self-compassion? Are there pastoral care parents’ evenings as well as academic ones?
It’s a difficult culture change to make, but it can be done.

We use tootoot.co.uk/ , we only use the pupil voice side but there are lots of options.
