After being taken yesterday and today during gain time

It was supposed to be covering a PE lesson on the sodding field, on the very last day of the year...

How often do you have to do cover?

Generally...never.
However, I can in theory be asked to do two hours per month. I work at an independent school, though.

Generally about once a month or so. But this time of year, with sports days, activities days, etc we get used a lot more in gained time. Two weeks ago I was used 3 times!!!

Next year we're losing a free, taking us down to the legal minimum PPA time (budget cuts obviously), so we won't be used for cover except for special events.
