Moving from mainstream secondary to SEN reading list

I have a long term plan of moving into SEN schools (I have a particular interest in students with autism).
I'm currently very part time and was thinking I could start doing some swatting up in any spare time I get around my own children.
Does anyone who works in the SEND sector recommend me any books or websites to read up on?
I'm also looking at getting some SEN school supply experience under my belt, but would like to be a bit more knowledgeable before I do!
Thanks

Ooh what experience did they ask for to get the job, if I can be so rude to ask?

I’d be interested to know this as well!

Always worked in mainstream, have had the last few years as senco but am thinking I might like to move to an SEN school-possibly MLD. Would love to hear from anyone who’s made the switch.
