Do you work at/know a Primary school with effective anti-racism strategies?

I hope it’s ok to post here! My dc’s school has a problem with racism and I’m looking for some advice on how I can approach/help the school deal with it.

Firstly, the slt at this school are great. Dc was so upset by lots of racist comments directed at him last year and I had quite a few meetings with the head. They changed their reporting system and started to deal with things much more effectively. However, my dc is still getting racist comments. He always tells a staff member, and all the correct procedures seem to be followed BUT it’s still happening, and obviously he’s not the only one it’s happening to.

If you work in a primary school, do you know any effective means of cutting out racism? I’m going in to the school for a meeting but I don’t want to be critical, I want to be a bit... proactive if that’s the right word?

Would the school contacting the local police to do a talk at the school be effective for eg? Is there any equality/diversity package that’s effective?

Thank you for any help!
