Hi! I've been off sick with stress at work for a while. My employers seem to be agreeable to giving me a good reference and a couple of months pay. What do I do now?

Get union involved. Don't make any hasty decisions.

You should receive advice on the settlement and your union will do this at no cost to you. It takes a little while but weeks rather than months.
