Feal bullied by a student

I am a secondary school teaching assistant. oday my line manager called me in to say Student A's mother had phoned in to say that student had told her I'd called her a bitch.
This is the second time this half term that the same student has told lies about me to her mother and her mother has then complained.
I have had nothing in writing from my boss, only verbal reassurance that they do believe the student.
However I feel very uncomfortable around the student and am now at a point of not wanting to ever say a single word to her again, and am unsure if this is becoming repetitive - am almost feeling like a bullied child - what would you guys do ?

How much support do you have? I don't exactly know, but I feel like thus student would be moved out if my class at this point, with the full support of my HoD.

Your school's behaviour policy should include the action they'll take in the case of s malicious allegation. They should follow that. You may need to point that out to them.

I’d raise this as an issue. What will the next allegation be?

Students who make false allegations can also have safeguarding concerns - it’s an extreme attention-seeking.

Document the phone call with dates and times, even if retrospectively.

Document the date and time of your boss's response. Email them saying that you understand from your conversation the following: what they said. They will shit.
