30hrs provision for 3/4 yr olds - no changes?

The eligibility is still the same isn't it for 30hrs free?
All 3/4 year olds get 15 hrs free regardless if parents working situation but in order to get 30 hrs free they have to work 16hrs minimum a week at minimum wage? And not earn over £100,000? I haven't missed some important government update have I?

Yes, both parents have to earn over the minimum amount.
