Whole school photo anyone?

We did this recently. I've never done it before (in thirty years!), but have done house photos before.
It was surreal, but made lovely by the whole school singing Happy Birthday to a long-standing member of staff st the end. May have outed myself there but if anyone I know is lurking let me know or not as you wish.

My school did theirs last week too. Only happens every 5 years. First school I've worked at where they do a whole school one. Slight nightmare with GDPR as you no longer can assume consent for photos, so had to chase thouse who hadn't responded.

We do one every 5 years. 1300 students onto a huge staging on the field and back to lessons in one hour. It’s quite an operation! Not many people buy one so i’m not sure it’s worth the effort, other than to have on the wall in reception!

We do a photo every ten years, to mark the anniversary of the school. The next one will be our centenary in 2020.
