I am currently recruiting participants for a large research project for the University of Sheffield looking at leadership in the early years in collaboration with Monash University, Australia and the Australian Catholic University.

The primary aim for this research is the need to understand how effective leadership can improve service quality in Early Childhood Education with a focus on the Early Years Teacher Status/ Early Years Professional Status. We are asking participants to be interviewed which will take between 60 and 90 minutes and will be arranged at a time that is mutually convenient either face to face or over Skype.

If you are an Early Years Teacher or Early Years Professional and are interested in participating please email me at [email protected] or reply with details to this thread.

Many thanks and best wishes,
Louise

Hi Louise,

Do you have to be currently practising?

DrLjKay · 04/10/2018 14:24

Hi .. no as long as you have had experience leading practice at some point (in the not too distant past) and have EYT or EYPS qualification. Thanks for your interest :)
