Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice from people in Scotland who have converted from secondary teaching to primary. I understand I have to complete a PLP but how long does this take and what is actually involved? Also once completed, can I apply for primary jobs right away? And do I drop back to the bottom of the payscale? TIA for any advice!
