7.5 teaching days to go!!!

1.5 in my LA (Scotland)!

13 more wake-ups... have just woken up with a really sore throat I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO BE ILL!

2.5 for me too, also in Scotland. DS1 has 3.5 (different authorities). This has felt like the longest slog to the end that I can remember. I worked through Easter so I'm very excited about holidays.

4.5 weeks

4 weeks! (and counting).

One of my colleagues is leaving at the end of this term though, I'm going to miss them as they are great to work with :-(

4 weeks here! Feels like forever right now but I know it will fly by

Finished last week ...yipeee

4 weeks here too. I hate this time. The kids are tired and ready to move on. I’m thinking about next year. Lots to do but the weeks are full of sports days, move up days, trips etc so all routine is gone.

22 days......

Me! So fed up. I’ve got a day off coming up for a root canal and I’m actually looking forward to it.

I’m leaving my TA role to train as a teacher in September and I’m just bored by my job now.

4 weeks to go, seems like ages!

5 weeks. 25 days!

4 weeks left but we finish at midday on the last Thursday so actually only 19 get ups left!

One day I am out on a course and 1 day is a trip day so not many days actually left to teach!

I'm tired and have still got lots to do to be ready for September. Kids are exhausted and ready for their holidays too.

Fingers crossed it will fly by!

I would be excited too if it weren't for the fact that my school is closing at the end of term. Gutted doesn't even scratch the surface.

Oh no wilbur why is that?

Including today, 18 days to go. Hating every single one of them and actually counting down the lessons left with my 2 classes from hell this year. Not the kids' fault, most of them have been let down by outside circumstances coupled with a failed behaviour system.

@pumpkinpie2016 - money and politics (what else?). Closing the Ofsted rated Outstanding school that I work in and keeping open the one in special measures. Go figure.

DD2 has the same, but a public holiday/training day off.
DD1 already finished for the summer after AS levels.

14.5 days including today.

So near, yet so far!

I finish at 1 o’clock today
