Anyone else starting a new job in September?

I was offered a job yesterday and accepted. Very pleased as I've been looking for a long time. It's part time which is hard to come by in my area. Just waiting for all checks to be done etc then can officially resign

Lucky you! I'm still trying to find something PT. My current contract runs until July, so may have to do supply if nothing turns up! Good luck!

Have done it briefly before, not ideal and no holiday pay!

I might have tried supply if I had family nearby - but I need more formal childcare arrangements. Hope it works out for you.

Well done, me too. A big move for me, after many many years in my current place, and a step away from all responsibility. Scary!
