Organisation of phonics in KS1

We are thinking of changing the organisation of our phonics sessions across the school.
Currently children are grouped by their phonic phase and go to different teachers/ TAs but it is not working that well for a variety of reasons.
We are probably going to go back to the whole class staying together but I am interested in how you differentiate this for all the different phonic phases in a class. If anyone can share how it works in their school I would be really grateful, thanks.

You can't possibly cover all the different phases within one class. You need to teach the same phoneme and differentiate through work.

I much prefer whole class phoneme sessions.
