limping to the end of term

Anybody else struggling? Friday can't come quick enough even though I love teaching. The classroom computer is playing up, everybody is tired and nobody seems to have any resilience at the moment as we're all going down with bugs :-(

I appreciate most large schools now have class sizes of 30+, so that's not a 'boo-hoo poor local school' comment btw. It's just the sad reality.

Mango I know, its happening everywhere, just heartbreaking watching people who have been there for 20 years crying during their last assemblies because they are being forced out of a job.

Of course with the end of term comes the traditional end of term lurgy. Anyone else afflicted? I'm literally on the verge of collapse. THank god we only have a half day tomorrow
