Not a science teacher but for general teaching stuff
Ed Dorrell @Ed_Dorrell of the TES tweets interesting stories from the TES
Laura McInerney @Miss_McInerney of School's Week tweets stories from Schools' Week magazine
Tom Bennett @TomBennett71 - Director of ResearchEd and the government's behaviour tsar.
The Learning Scientists @AceThatTest for evidence-based approaches to effective learning
Becky Allen @DrBeckyAllen Head of EducationDatalab tweeting the latest research from the National Pupil Database.
Sean Harford @HarfordSean Ofsted's education director who often tweets to clarify what Ofsted do and don't expect to see during inspections.
Sam Freedman @SamFr Director of Teach First, former advisor to Michael Gove and actually not as much of a tit as that makes him sound. Genuinely interesting.

Sorry, just noticed that ReinettePompadour had already made that suggestion!

Thank you to everyone for the recommendations...I will be checking out all of these too. A great thread idea, OP.

@pshesolutions (John Rees) is another recommendation of mine - quite niche but really useful on PSHE and SMSC.
