Head of English interview

Afternoon all!
I have just applied for my first HoD role, and I'm after for any tips on how to prepare if I'm called for interview. I have been a second for a number of years, and I know I can do it if I get it, I'm just nervous about the interview itself. Any tips or questions to prepare for would be much appreciated!

Have you been told anything about the format of the interview, e.g. presentation, in-tray exercise?

I haven't yet, although they have offered me an interview! They are sending details over tomorrow.
