mobile while driving and new school job paperwork

rather unfortunate...but as I was driving I used the phone and got stopped by the police. They said it is an offence, so I guess it would go into CDR? I am in the process of changing jobs - will it affect my new school's decision? shall I ask them now? thank you

Minor driving offences don't go down as a criminal record. So no need to worry.

Keep off the phone though!!

Might you be offered a driver awareness course? I know someone who was stopped for using her phone and did this.
