I took on the role of Office Manager when my predecessor retired. I've worked in this school (primary) for over 10 years in an admin capacity, learning as I go. On and off over the last few years I've thought about doing the CSBM. I feel it would help me to do my job better, particularly in the finance area where I do rather struggle. However, I've been put off in the past as people I know who have done the course say it's a lot of work. I work so many hours at the moment that I'm not sure I could fit it in. Could anyone who has done this course give me some advice or share your experience? Thanks.
