Ideas for yr3 spelling and grammar activity?

I'm teaching/demonstrating a 20 min lesson on spelling and grammar for our schools inset day soon and I just can't seem to get my head together to show an outstanding lesson! All my ideas seem to only fit the 'good' criteria!

Any ideas? Haven't picked the kids yet so prob will have a range of all abilities! Aargh

I'm recording it to show staff. What activity would you plan? I was thinking of silly sentences or magic box?
