DFE refusing to publish 2013 Teachers' Workload survey results?

This keeps cropping up on my FB page this morning from various sources. There are some details on the NUT page

Sounds decidedly dodgy!? Can the DFE do this? Can you just never publish results?

The DfE have been late publishing everything this year... perhaps it's because they laid off so many people under the coalition govt... you know- the ones that actually did the work.

Certainly all those that seem to deal with data/figures/data security are under a lot of pressure, and operating on skeleton staff.
