What a nasty post

Samcro · 06/05/2025 17:51

What is it with people who want to pick on a small child.

Bitolderandwiser · 06/05/2025 17:52

i don't think the poster meant it it seriously Mayhem

Overtheatlantic · 06/05/2025 17:53

I agree, OP.

LaurieFairyCake · 06/05/2025 18:00

Yes, it’s a joke obviously and about HER face
(he is adorable)
that’s how my face looked with the kids talked about dinosaurs all day every day 😁

Justfreedom · 06/05/2025 18:15

She looks worn out not by the kids but by the family she married in to.

PrettyFlyforaMaiTai · 06/05/2025 18:20

God people take things so seriously? It’s clearly a joke! I’ve been there OP, usually followed by a “yes sweetheart” 😣🤥🥴

Joystir59 · 06/05/2025 18:23

She looks knackered.

MixedFeelingsNoFeelings · 06/05/2025 18:27

Love it! Yes very relateable 😍

Flyhighlittlepigeon · 06/05/2025 18:27

ha yes that's exactly the face haha!

What a nasty post

It really isn't! 7 year olds can go in about the most tedious stuff that I defy anyone not to occasionally feel utterly exasperated by. It's funny.

AlleyRose · 06/05/2025 18:37

😂😂

Sherararara · 06/05/2025 18:44

“Yes dear I DID see those planes fly right over head!”

“Same as last time,
and the time before that..
and the time…”

Pieceofpurplesky · 06/05/2025 22:19

I use this face many times in a day as a teacher, ‘that’s nice dear’.

Year 7s like to give random examples of things not directly linked to the original question at all
Mrs Piece ‘who can tell me what the man in the picture is doing? Yes Clarise’
Clarise ‘once when I was 7 I walked down a road that looked like that and at the end there was a shop and my mum bought me a banana and then we went to the park and ……’

NoThankYouSis · 06/05/2025 22:23

I think she’s beautiful but everyone with young kids knows that expression. Grin

Sockmate123 · 06/05/2025 22:35

😂😂😂

SelinaPlace · 06/05/2025 22:38

I remember that as the ‘No, I’m not running out to see the bin lorry’ face.

Hollieandtheivie · 06/05/2025 22:42

Very sweet picture.

I wish I looked like that when I have energy.

crumblingschools · 07/05/2025 01:15

Have you seen him copying George playing with his hair

Yes - funny 😂

Seagullsandsausagerolls · 07/05/2025 17:25

I used to make the noise aha numerous times daily whilst smiling like that 😂

It was fire engines and then moved onto the Titanic there's only so many times a day you can listen to the "riveting" (actually about how many rivets used and which type) conversation.

My mind was so melted by it at one point when out on a home visit to get a Will signed I grabbed my boss by the hand and shouted "oh look, there's a fire engine". Total autopilot.

Greeksauce · 07/05/2025 17:38

Yes, it's hard to look interested all the things they want to tell you all day long. Imagine having to do it when the whole world is watching you try.

RedRosesPinkLilies · 07/05/2025 19:53

@Seagullsandsausagerolls I did the same on return to work as a young Dr. Driving out to a clinic with my Consultant (country area) - “oh look, there’s a cow!” 🤣🤣🤣So undermining

CathyorClaire · 07/05/2025 20:37

That was my face when youngest was describing in intricate detail the fighting properties of endless various Pokemon back in the day.

Looking at that pic maybe they're back in vogue...
