Thats not what it says. Charles was joking about the patient he met, who claimed to be Prince of Wales. He said Harry “ I mightn’t be your father...he could be in Broadmoor”. That’s got nothing to do with James Hewitt.

Its kind of a normal joke though isn't it. My friend just had DS2, her DS1 came out with a full head of hair like his Father and DS2 came out with barely a wisp, her husband joked that their postman is bald
